The unrivalled flexibility of Kinetic allows us to tailor the software to your business. We’re happy to offer extended demonstration periods so that you can use the software in real-life scenarios. We provide help with this, of course.

The bottom line is you have to be happy the software is going to work the way you need it to and that it’ll transform your inspection process – we’ll work with you to make sure this happens.

How do we deliver?

One point of contact: You’ll have a project manager dedicated to delivering Kinetic across your company. They’ll be your point of contact throughout the implementation, and are there to make sure the roll-out runs smoothly.

Agreed timeline: We’ll agree a clear implementation timeline with you and give you weekly updates. We aim to have Kinetic installed within approximately six weeks, depending on your requirements and availability.

Practical training: Once the configuration is complete, we make sure you hit the ground running with training that uses real-life data and mirrors your exact business processes.

Online help: As part of this, we have detailed, online guides and helpful short videos. We continue supporting you far beyond your go-live date until eventually passing you on to our Support department.

What long term support is available

We’re here to support you after handover from the implementation team.

Our Support function consists of a dedicated team of Support Analysts who are on hand via phone or email to offer assistance whenever you need it. If you prefer, a wealth of guidance and help is available at our online knowledge centre where you’ll find guides, training videos and live chat with our Kinetic experts.
