employ 120 people and manufacture a wide range of lifting
equipment for use in the transport industry throughout Europe.
Having heavily invested in MRP solutions they were looking
for a solution to the area of Enquiry/Quotation and Contract
Management/Warranty management.

Solution
An intranet based solution was suggested whereby the previously
disparate areas of the business were brought together. Over
the last 18 months, a Motion developer has been assigned
to Ross and Bonnyman with the remit of deploying and managing
the process development. Working with all levels of the
management team, we have been involved in the complete process
review and design/deployment of the software. The system
distributes reports via a web browser (which can be printed)
or exported to Excel.
Success
Factor
Ross and Bonnyman now have a demonstrable increase in
customer satisfaction due to having the ability to access
and process management information. By removing duplication
in the input and retrieval of information, the Motion solution
also gives them measurable cost savings.
