The web based application specified, designed and developed by Motion Software is accessed by the Sales team, operations team, training instructors and accounts departments internally. Smart calendar views and intelligent resource allocators assist with day to day operations, Instructors can access weekly timetables and download class lists. Certificates can be generated and invoice reporting ensures that clients are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
The software also plays a vital part in delivering service to clients. Integrated web portals allow major clients to view the up-coming calendar and book trainees directly onto scheduled training courses and an online credit card booking page allows company’s and individuals to purchase training services.
