The Solution

WOTS was deployed and modified and will be utilised by 10 or more users over their local network.. Crystal Reports has also been utilised to allow management instant access to information, irrespective of time or location.

Success Factor

Through use of the local network and browser based interface, paperwork and time has been dramatically reduced. This, in conjunction with the real time access to work order status, is providing clients with the highest level of service.
