Intranet Manger was deployed
‘out of the box’ and modified to integrate with Crystal
Reports and Crystal Enterprise (web based report delivery)
which allowed AC Yule to create a single area to store and
access reports. In addition AC Yule created a knowledge
base for their ISO documentation and procedures which overcame
version control issues that had been apparent.
By integrating Wonderdesk into Intranet Manager
AC Yule has a fully functioning online IT help desk which
tracks and monitors all complete/outstanding service requests.
