On and Off Line as you need

One of the key benefits of Motion Inspect software is a true flexibility in how the solution is accessed. We support various access methods to ensure that data can be captured regardless of scenario:

Operations/Administration

• Installed on your internal network
• Used to administer all functions within the system e.g. Work Pack Creation, equipment register, Report Approval and QA, Competency set up

 

 

 

Engineer/Inspector View

• Installed on engineers laptops or mobile device for carrying out inspections
• Directly connected to the office network (via a VPN)
•  Off-line (disconnected) on the engineers local copy of the data
• The ability to use tradition ‘asset no’ selection or using drawings to select inspection  points
• Accessed via the Web
• Connected to the office database where all changes are immediately available
• Complete most functions of the system including equipment and report creation

 

 

Client View

• A  web portal used by clients to download reports, view equipment and inspection history.
• We can also offer the ability to graphically show inspection results
• A very powerful sales tool can be the set up of scheduled report – and automatic alerts
