Competency - Maggie Braid Associates

 

Business Requirements:

• Development of a web based enterprise class competence management system named Encompass by MBA
• Provide graphical based reporting measuring competency at all levels of an organisation
• Allow data to be entered using the maximum level of efficiency
• Support MBA in the rollout of the system to their clients

Solution:

• Detailed requirements were gathered and we provided support and consultancy MBA in order to produce a detailed specification, strategy, and plan for the project
• The design enabled the software to be rolled out to multiple clients, each with their individually designed competency measures and training requirements

Technical Details:

• The software was developed using the ASP.NET C# / MVC 2 / WCF, HTML and JQuery
• Supports MS SQL Server versions 2005 and above
• Our graphical design was produced in-house by Motion Software using the existing Encompass logo
