Aspire Inspection is specifically designed for organisations supplying lifting and rigging equipment and which manage the tracking, maintenance, supply, repair and testing of client-owned lifting and marine equipment.

Developed to suit remote workers and remote testing application, Aspire Inspection manages the complete equipment supply and rental process, as well as managing and producing certification and reporting.

From client document production to bills of material, from post rental inspection to planned maintenance aspire can handle it all.

• Sales Order Production and Processing – covers contract/project pricing,
• Work Order Production – allows the generation of the work instruction – generally either :
• For the instruction to carry out an inspection on site / or at the main office
• To carry out a remote/offshore cycle inspection – this gives a remote ‘copy’ of the data and then synchronises once the engineer can access the host network
• For the manufacture and supply of equipment
• Conclusion of Task – captures time and material cost through timesheet entry and Work Order completion
• Generation of Report/Certification – again with suitable controls in place (and mapped to your business process) generates the required reports
• Publish to the web – if required the software will seamlessly publish the required reports to the web
• Sales Invoicing/Billing – upon conclusion and under control the software is able to produce billing material and output accordingly
