About the Role
Are you a driven individual with an exceptionally positive attitude and enthusiasm for everything you put your mind to? We are looking for a customer delivery professional, preferably with a high-end Software background who is positive and highly organised with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for proactively managing the delivery process from post sale to software go live.
You will join a fantastic team and your role will be the focal point for newly won business. You will be helping to shape our processes and procedures, so we can continue to grow and deliver excellent software without compromising our client’s experience.
- Prior experience in a client facing role, preferably with high-end Software background (at least 5 years experience)
- Experience and/or understanding of project management including working with product and technical teams
- Experience and/or understanding of working in a small team/ fast paced environments
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- A collection of evident soft skills (problem solving, strategic thinking, adaptability, planning, time management, creativity etc)
- Evidence of building effective relationships with clients, partners and individuals of relevance
- Highly organised, with ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
Nice to Have’s
- Keen understanding of the technology sector, able to articulate complex technological concepts simply.
- Dealt with big businesses and understand at high level the B2B client and sales methodologies
- Evidence of financial and budgetary planning
- Proof you have strived, surpassed expectation and over delivered in previous roles
